“ I've been looking for a cemita poblana forever (so hard to find in California but I was introduced to it in Mexico City) so I decided to check out this place. I knew this place would be good because they had a bunch of authentic Mexican dishes that are off the beaten path but popular in Mexico City. Guy at the counter was super nice. Got a cemita and a pambazo; both were delicious! The cemita had tons of papalo leaves which have a very distinct flavor that I love. It also came with Oaxacan cheese and chipotle peppers that were the best I've had. The pambazo was super flavorful with potatoes, chorizo, and crema and actually was my favorite of the two. Definitely want to try the tlayuda and the barbacoa next time I stop in Bakersfield. ”
“ Their menudo was very good. Delicious. Haven't had a chance to try anything else, though. ”
“ Delicious and fresh and a great menu. Truly authentic restaurant, with home made tortillas, and a wide variety of items to eat and/or drink. ”
“ Very good for my first time eating with my pops will definitely be coming back again very friendly employees. ”
“ Food is delicious. I got a torta cubana and its BIG and delicious. My husband got the pampaso and he's was also delicious. Expect to pay 10 per torta. Overall, recommend this place to anyone who wants to try more of than authentic Mexican food. ”
“ It's definitely family-friendly and fast-paced for a little bit of employees. Very hispanic/Latinx environment and ethnicity. Delicious food, nothing can go wrong with your order. Sides and meats are freshly made. Very packed food with somewhat pricey menus but definitely worth the full stomach with leftovers ”
“ The food and service is very good. I recommend the Torta Cubana. ”
“ Very family friendly very good atmosphere. They have soccer on the tv in Spanish. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is very good. I got the small asada fries and while this is the only place not to put nacho cheese on them the fries are still very good. And at a very good price for a small. They even had two different spices and a what I am assuming a chili sauce at the table already. ”
